Print Your Label
After completing the online request, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Pajamas
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
